Lake Day & Libations
TIME TBD - Meet on the Dock at the Resort
Boat day! Meet us at the docks for a day on beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene. We’ll have coolers stocked, music playing, and space to relax. Or get adventurous with wake surfing, wakeboarding, or just floating with a drink in hand.
Captain’s Table
Before the festivities officially begin, we’ll be gathering with select family and friends for a sunset dinner cruise on beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene. This special evening is our chance to slow down, share a meal, and soak in the scenery together.

We invite all of our guests traveling near and far to join us at the River and Rye as we kick off our wedding weekend! Enjoy craft cocktails, a lively DJ set, and a chance to mingle and celebrate together before the main event.
Saturday, July 24
Meet us at the Altar
It’s finally here. Join us on the Lake View Terrace at the Coeur d’Alene Resort as we say ‘I do’ surrounded by our favorite people. So, grab a seat, soak in the view, and be sure to wear some sunscreen!

Sip, Sail & Celebrate!

After the ceremony, guests will board an elegant double-decker cruise boat for a scenic ride across Lake Coeur d’Alene. With a bar on board and views all around, it’s the perfect transition into the evening’s celebration.
The Boat Docks & Cocktail Hour begins
The boats have docked and the celebration officially kicks off. Join us for cocktails, lawn games, and lakeside mingling.
5:00 - 6:00 PM outside the Hagadone Event Center
Gather & Graze in the Garden
After cocktails, we’ll make our way to the garden for an intimate dinner. Creating a space where everyone feels connected was incredibly important to us, so rather than a traditional ballroom reception, we’ve chosen long tables nestled beneath the bistro lights. So get ready to pour a glass of wine, pass a plate, and settle in.

Let’s Dance!
8:00 - 12:00 AM inside the Hagadone Event Center
After dinner, we’re swapping florals for fringe and heading into the “Clurb”. Think disco balls, a banging DJ, and a dance floor that won’t quit. It’s our take on a 70s studio 54 vibe —so, sequins welcome, awkward dance moves required.
Late Slice Farewell
Before you head home, grab a slice or two to go. We’ve arranged transportation back to the resort, so all that’s left to do is enjoy the ride and the pizza.

Sunday, July 25
Bagels before Goodbyes!
Before everyone heads home, join us for one last laid-back gathering. We’ll be meeting at the park pavilion for fresh bagels, Bloody Marys, and Sean’s family famous gin fizzes. A Sunday tradition we couldn’t skip.
